Performance Award Program @ Purebred Morab Horse Association (PMHA)

Annual awards including youth and amateur awards for Morab horse shows.

Performance Award

Performance events are judged events in the show ring. Like the breeder classes for In-Hand, they offer the owner/rider an opportunity to win points (or pay back) by performance on specific discplines in the show ring. These disciplines demonstrate the versatility of the Morab horse.

These classes are not based on conformation, they are judged on skill, athletic ability and a partnership; between horse and rider/driver. This partnership and the trained skill of the Morab horse will determine the points for the day. These points will offer credibility to any breeder to in their marketing of the business they are promoting.

PMHA offers awards in the following Performance Divisions:

Nomination fee: $15.00 per division per horse

For classes that are Open Pleasure or Country Pleasure where Western or English/Hunt tack can be worn, rider must indicate type of tack (Western, Hunter) worn for appropriate tabulation of score(s).

Required minimum for an award is 20 points from Table A for each division nominated.
